Whether it be a romantic dinner or a family gathering, take a gastronomic journey with a six course gourmet wonderland of seasonal fresh cuisine created by our Chef Director. Watch from the best table in the house our chefs at work creating that culinary masterpiece. Available all day, everyday. Minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 10, table reservation is required for 'The Tasting Table'.

Chefology Restaurant Group is one of the elite and up and coming restaurant companies of tomorrow. Based in the heart of the North West with a client base spanning a circular of over 200 miles. The company itself is the brainchild of Mark Flynn, hands on professional in the leisure and hospitality industry for a fair few years. His portfolio reflects working with Gary Rhodes, Simon Rimmer and Michelin starred chef Raymond Blanc. Then moved on to open one of Manchester's finest fine dine restaurants of its time, The Cotton House. With that firmly under his belt, he then created the Gastropub phenomenom in Manchester town centre and at first class gastropubs across the North West. We only use fresh locally sourced ingredients from our loyal and trusted suppliers. our meat is sourced from Butterworth's Quality Meats of Oldham, fresh fish from Fleetwood fish market daily and fruit and vegetables hand picked by our Chef Director Mark Flynn at New Smithfield Market.
